New Tutorial ~ Girl Thing

Please bear in mind I have not wrote tutorials in a long time so this is to the point

and hopefully very easy to follow for everyone.

Open any Template that you like - I used a ftu denim one that was shared with me. Adjust canvas size to at least 450x450 for more room to work with, 

as this was a small template

Find a tube to work with that you like - I used Avalon by Keith Garvey (one of his older ones). Most all of his artwork can be found @ http://cdoestore.com

Take your magic wand and select inside the boxes (one at a time) -- then paste the closeup of the face as new layer

selections --> invert --> delete (this deletes any excess that did not fit into box)

Repeat for the next box but make sure to mirror the image before 

pasting into box on template

Then add the full size tube in the center and add drop shadow if you choose

Next duplicate the layer of the template and Effects --> Texture -- > Mosaic Antique

settings to 35/35  -- 70/2/50

Reduce the opacity to 76% and make sure the copy is under the 

original of the template

Now I played with the effects of this and you can soften the mosaic if you want but i kept mine sharp and crisp

Add word art or text of your choosing -> I used word art by Danetta 03-07-07 Girly Word Art

I added an Eye Candy -> HSB Noise (any setting you like)

Then Eye Candy -> Glow -> White 

Drop Shadow

Make sure to add your copyrights and voila ! 

I used the font Impact and took a piece of the tag to use in the background of the font

Added Eye Candy - > Glow - > 3 black

image - > rotate - > 20 degrees
